Day 01 : Delhi – Haridwar (250 KM / 05-06 HRS)

Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to Haridwar by private car. (Standard check-in time is 1400 hrs and early check-in would be subject to availability).
Pickup from Delhi and drive to Haridwar. ‘Gateway to the Gods’, On Arrival Check in to hotel. In the evening visit Har-ki-Pauri to view the holy Ganges Aarti. This is the place where the main bathing takes place. Mansa Devi temple, Santikun, ChandideviTemple. Visit the market near the place.
Overnight is at the Hotel.

Day 02 : Haridwar – Rishikesh – Haridwar ( 24 KM / 01 HRS Per Way )

Today morning after breakfast proceed to visit Triveni Ghat & other temple. Later proceed to visit Rishikesh for sightseeing of Laxmanjhula, Ram Jhoola and local sightseeing. Evening return to Haridwar.
Overnight is at the Hotel.

Day 03 : Haridwar– Delhi(250 KM / 05 – 06 HRS)

After breakfast depart by surface to Delhi. On arrival drop at Airport / Railway Station for your departure.

Confirmation Policy

All bookings (domestic, inbound, and international) are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Once processed, a confirmation voucher along with detailed itinerary will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

In case of non-availability of any hotel, transport, or service, a similar alternative will be arranged with prior approval. Prices are subject to availability and may change until final confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below:

30 days or more before departure: Minimal cancellation charges
15–30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
7–15 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charges

For international bookings, cancellation may vary depending on airline, visa, and supplier policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Payment Term Policy

To confirm your booking, an advance payment (typically 25%–40%) is required for all domestic, inbound, and international tours. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the trip or as per the agreed schedule.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes shared by our team. For international packages, full or higher advance payment may be required depending on supplier terms. Delayed payments may result in auto-release of bookings without prior notice.
