Day 01 : Arrival at Ooty

Firstly meeting and assistance at Ooty, further drive to hotel. On arrival check in to hotel. Day is free so you can enjoy on yourself. Overnight stay at Ooty.

Day 02 : Ooty – Mysore

Today early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and further drive to Mysore. On arrival at Mysore, check in to hotel. Further at evening visit Mysore Palace. However Mysore Palace is a splendid building. After that take a walk across the Brindavan Garden and the grand K R S Dam. After that return back to hotel. Overnight stay at Mysore.

Day 03 : Mysore – Hassan

After breakfast check out from the hotel and further transfer to Hassan. En route visit the famous Srirangapatnam where Tippu Palace and Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple. Arrive to the hotel, check in at hotel. Moreover at evening walk across the Ramadevara Katte. After that view the splendid sunset over River Hemavathi. Overnight stay at Hassan.

Day 04 : Hassan – Bangalore

After breakfast check out from the hotel. Further drive to Bangalore. But en route visit Belur and Halebidu. Belur and Halebidu are the best known temples of the Hoysala dynasty. On arrival check in to hotel. Overnight stay at Bangalore.

Day 05 : Departure from Bangalore

Breakfast at hotel, after that check out from the Hotel. Further drive to Bangalore Airport for fly back home.

Confirmation Policy

All bookings (domestic, inbound, and international) are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Once processed, a confirmation voucher along with detailed itinerary will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

In case of non-availability of any hotel, transport, or service, a similar alternative will be arranged with prior approval. Prices are subject to availability and may change until final confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below:

30 days or more before departure: Minimal cancellation charges
15–30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
7–15 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charges

For international bookings, cancellation may vary depending on airline, visa, and supplier policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Payment Term Policy

To confirm your booking, an advance payment (typically 25%–40%) is required for all domestic, inbound, and international tours. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the trip or as per the agreed schedule.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes shared by our team. For international packages, full or higher advance payment may be required depending on supplier terms. Delayed payments may result in auto-release of bookings without prior notice.
