Day 01 : Arrive in Varanasi

Firstly meeting and assistance on arrival. Further transfer to Hotel by private car. Upon arrivel check in to hotel. Further at evening get ready to experience one of the most memorable moments of your life. Most importantly get a glimpse of the spiritualism at the Ganga Ghats. Overnight is at the Hotel.

Day 02 : Varanasi – Sarnath – Temple Tour

Early morning, we will be taken for a boat ride on the Ganges. During boat ride you watch people offering water to the Sun God and devotees taking holy dip in the Ganges. Moreover get the experience of different ghats of Varanasi. To Clarify each ghat has his own history and Hinduism value. After that come back to hotel for breakfast. After that we will be taken for an excursion to Sarnath. Sarnath is the place where Buddha gave his first sermon to his followers. Visit Buddha temple, the Dhamekha stupa, Chaukhandi stupa and the archaeological museum. Meanwhile followed by the holy temple tour in Varanasi covering the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Kashi Vishwanath Temple – one of the famous Hindu temple and is dedicated to Lord Shiva, where at least once in life a Hindu is expected to do pilgrimage. After that visit other temples – Annapurna Temple, Bharat Mata Mandir, Tulsimanas temple, BHU. Overnight is at the Hotel.

Day 03 : Departure from Varanasi

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Varanasi Railway Station or Airport for your departure.

Confirmation Policy

All bookings (domestic, inbound, and international) are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Once processed, a confirmation voucher along with detailed itinerary will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

In case of non-availability of any hotel, transport, or service, a similar alternative will be arranged with prior approval. Prices are subject to availability and may change until final confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below:

30 days or more before departure: Minimal cancellation charges
15–30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
7–15 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charges

For international bookings, cancellation may vary depending on airline, visa, and supplier policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Payment Term Policy

To confirm your booking, an advance payment (typically 25%–40%) is required for all domestic, inbound, and international tours. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the trip or as per the agreed schedule.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes shared by our team. For international packages, full or higher advance payment may be required depending on supplier terms. Delayed payments may result in auto-release of bookings without prior notice.
