Day 01 : Delhi- Gwalior (By Bhopal Shatabdi)

Arrive at Gwalior Railway Station by Shatabdi Express pickup from station and check-in Hotel, Later visit Jai Vilas palace and Museum, Gwalior fort, Teli ka Mandir, Sas Bahu ka Mandir, Mohmmad Ghaus Tomb, Tansen Tomb.Evening sightsee Sound and Light Show and Overnight stay Hotel.

Day 02 : Gwalior- Mitavli-Padawali- Gwalior

After breakfast, Today will proceed for day excursion of Mitavli,Temple, Padawali,Fortress.Back to Gwalior and eveining free for leisure Activity. Overnight stay at Hotel, Gwalior

Day 03 : Gwalior – Delhi (By Bhopal Shatabdi)

After breakfast, Day is free to explore the city and Evening drop to Gwalior railway station to catch Shatabdi Express (19:45 hrs) and Arrival Delhi (23:00hrs).

Confirmation Policy

All bookings (domestic, inbound, and international) are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Once processed, a confirmation voucher along with detailed itinerary will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

In case of non-availability of any hotel, transport, or service, a similar alternative will be arranged with prior approval. Prices are subject to availability and may change until final confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below:

30 days or more before departure: Minimal cancellation charges
15–30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
7–15 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charges

For international bookings, cancellation may vary depending on airline, visa, and supplier policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Payment Term Policy

To confirm your booking, an advance payment (typically 25%–40%) is required for all domestic, inbound, and international tours. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the trip or as per the agreed schedule.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes shared by our team. For international packages, full or higher advance payment may be required depending on supplier terms. Delayed payments may result in auto-release of bookings without prior notice.
