Day 01 to Day 03 : Shimla

The Former Summer Capital of British India

Arrive at Delhi and proceed to Shimala by road, Shimla former summer capital of British India & now a capital of Himachal Pradesh, set amidst the snow capped shivalik mountain ranges offering some stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. You can visit the Kufri situated at an altitude of 2500 meters just an hours drive from Shimla and a very popular ski resort during the winter months and take a walking tour of Shimla, visit the Jakhoo hills which offers panoramic view of the Shimla town, Vice regal Lodge built in (1885), Christ Church built in (1844), The Gaiety Theatre- the first beauty contest of world was supposed to start (1887), The Grindlays Bank (1912)- the world wide bank started by Robert Melville Grindlay, proceed to the Vice regal lodge and later walk down the Mall road.

Confirmation Policy

All bookings (domestic, inbound, and international) are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Once processed, a confirmation voucher along with detailed itinerary will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

In case of non-availability of any hotel, transport, or service, a similar alternative will be arranged with prior approval. Prices are subject to availability and may change until final confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below:

30 days or more before departure: Minimal cancellation charges
15–30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
7–15 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charges

For international bookings, cancellation may vary depending on airline, visa, and supplier policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Payment Term Policy

To confirm your booking, an advance payment (typically 25%–40%) is required for all domestic, inbound, and international tours. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the trip or as per the agreed schedule.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes shared by our team. For international packages, full or higher advance payment may be required depending on supplier terms. Delayed payments may result in auto-release of bookings without prior notice.
