Day 1 – Sunday | Arrival in Ayodhya & Sightseeing

03:00 PM: Pickup from Ayodhya Airport & Transfer to Hotel, Warm welcome, Check in & fresh up.

Day 2 – Monday | Ayodhya → Prayagraj → Varanasi

08:30 AM: Morning after early breakfast drive to Prayagraj (170 Kms. / 04 Hrs.)
If time permits, morning visit Guptar Ghat (A Sarayu River Ghat without Aarti) then continue drive to Prayagraj

Day 3 – Tuesday | Varanasi Temple Tour

04:30 AM: Early morning before sunrise, leave the hotel & proceed for Guided sightseeing, visit Shree Kashi Vishwanath, Annapurna & Vishalakshi Temple, after that return to the hotel for breakfast (Finish all the Ghat Side Sightseeing before 08:00 AM)
10:00 AM: After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing & visit, Durga Temple, Sankat Mochan & BHU Birla Temple (New Vishwanath Temple)
Afternoon will be free time for rest
03:30 PM: Start the Sightseeing, Vehicle will leave the hotel for Ghat /River Tour & Aarti, reach Namo Ghat and start the Ghat / River Tour by Boat followed by Evening Ganga Aarti, after evening Ganga Aarti return to hotel, have dinner & rest.

Day 4 – Wednesday | Ayodhya Sightseeing & Departure

Confirmation Policy

All bookings (domestic, inbound, and international) are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Once processed, a confirmation voucher along with detailed itinerary will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

In case of non-availability of any hotel, transport, or service, a similar alternative will be arranged with prior approval. Prices are subject to availability and may change until final confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below:

30 days or more before departure: Minimal cancellation charges
15–30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
7–15 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charges

For international bookings, cancellation may vary depending on airline, visa, and supplier policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Payment Term Policy

To confirm your booking, an advance payment (typically 25%–40%) is required for all domestic, inbound, and international tours. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the trip or as per the agreed schedule.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes shared by our team. For international packages, full or higher advance payment may be required depending on supplier terms. Delayed payments may result in auto-release of bookings without prior notice.
