Day 01 : Arrive in Cochin

Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to Hotel by private car. (Standard check-in time is 1400 hrs and early check-in would be subject to availability). Upon arrival at Cochin transfer to the hotel & Check into the Hotel and Relax. In the Afternoon go for the Local Sight Seeing Places Visit like Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Chinese Fishing Net, St. Franchise Church, Marine. Drive and Back to the Hotel. Overnight is at the Hotel.

Day 02 : Cochin – Munnar (150 KM / 04 HRS)

After Breakfast check out from the hotel and Proceed to Munnar. On arrival at Munnar Check into hotel & Relax. Day at Leisure. Overnight is at the Hotel.

Day 03 : In Munnar

After Breakfast, Go For Local Sight Seeing in and Around Munnar Like Mattupatty Dam, Echo Point, Tea Plantation Visit, Rajamalai and Eravikulam National Park. Evening Back to the Hotel. Overnight is at the Hotel.

Day 04 : Munnar to Thekkady (125 KM / 03-04 HRS)

After Breakfast, Proceed to Periyar Thekkady {125 Kms Drive, 4 Hours Journey, Check into hotel and Relax. Around 3 Pm go for the Wildlife Sanctuary Visit by Boat Safari {Own Cost}, Evening go for Spice Shopping and back to the Hotel. Overnight is at the Hotel.

Day 05 : Thekkady – Alleppey (160 KM / 04 HRS)

Early Morning after Breakfast Check Out and go for Spice Plantation Visit, then Proceed to Alleppey. Check into the Hotel / Resort and Relax. Evening go for the Backwater Ride in the Lush Green Village of Kerala {Own Cost} and Back to the hotel. Overnight is at the Hotel.

Day 06 : Alleppey – Cochin Departure (100 KM / 02 HRS)

After breakfast check out From the Hotel and Proceed to Cochin and drive to the Airport for your Departure.

Confirmation Policy

All bookings (domestic, inbound, and international) are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Once processed, a confirmation voucher along with detailed itinerary will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

In case of non-availability of any hotel, transport, or service, a similar alternative will be arranged with prior approval. Prices are subject to availability and may change until final confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below:

30 days or more before departure: Minimal cancellation charges
15–30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
7–15 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charges

For international bookings, cancellation may vary depending on airline, visa, and supplier policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Payment Term Policy

To confirm your booking, an advance payment (typically 25%–40%) is required for all domestic, inbound, and international tours. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the trip or as per the agreed schedule.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes shared by our team. For international packages, full or higher advance payment may be required depending on supplier terms. Delayed payments may result in auto-release of bookings without prior notice.
